More like DigiGirl POP will itself, as here we have a show which is clearly influenced by Powerpuff Girls, which was obviously influenced in part by anime in the first place. Which wouldn’t be so bad, except this was clearly built on a shoestring budget and that kind of makes the cannibalism show all the more (was it the first of the ultra low budget Kids Station shorts?).
