Or Shinzo as it was called in the US. Another show Saban adapted for Fox, this Toei created by committee show was thumped by HUNTER X HUNTER in the ratings in Japan, and sort of fell off the radar. Until the odd announcement last year that the awesome Kenji Nakamura was to adapt it into two films. I think these have since gone straight to DVD as compilation films, and Nakamura (Toei’s most interesting director) has the very promising looking Kūchū Buranko starting soon.
